From the Harvest Report:
The Ringwood community came together over two nights - June 7 and 8 - to explore who they want to be as a community. This harvest represents the collective thinking of 123 people, representing parents, board members, school faculty, staff, and administration. The harvest was analyzed by separating it into grades 4-8 and grades K-3.
Responses were then affinity mapped to uncover patterns in the responses. Affinity mapping was completed by transcribing post-its into a digital format which was then inserted throughout this report. This Harvest should be read through the lens of opportunity finding and highlighting areas for further exploration. It is a first step in uncovering the broader social patterns present in Ringwood.
